Orders are usually processed and posted within 2 working days. – We ship Worldwide!
All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail or Courier.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday (excl public holidays) 10am – 4pm
For UK Orders:
Free Standard Delivery for orders over £20!
Standard Postage is £3.50 for orders under £20
Signed For Standard Parcel £4.50
Next Working Day (Mon-Fri, order by 12 noon) £9.50
For European Orders:
Standard Postage is £5.00 / Tracked Postage is £9.50
For Rest of the World Orders:
Standard Postage is £7.00 / Tracked Postage is £11.50
UK Delivery Info:
Delivery times for UK orders are usually 1-3 working days but we have to allow 15 working days to pass before an order can be classed as lost. The only way to guarantee delivery for a specific date is when Next Working Day is the delivery option chosen. Next Day orders placed by 12 noon Mon-Fri will be posted that day for delivery on the Next Working Day (Mon-Fri),
International Delivery Info:
We ship worldwide! Delivery is usually 1-3 weeks depending on yours countries postal service and customs clearance, but we have to allow 30 working days to pass before we can class an International order as missing (40 days for Israel, Brazil & Italy).
Import Fees & Customs Clearance:
If your delivery address is outside the UK then import duty, vat and/or customs clearance fees may need to be paid before the parcel will be delivered. This has come into effect since Brexit and we have no control over these and requirements will vary between countries. It is the buyers responsibility to look into and pay these fees if applicable.
Delivery Delays:
Any industrial action, pandemic or extreme weather conditions that may affect the delivery of your order are beyond the control of FunkyEars and we therefore must allow additional time for delivery during these periods. A one-day strike or weather problem can affect postal deliveries for several days due to the backlog created and therefore we would need to allow extra working days for delivery before we could accept an order was lost in the post. We cannot be held responsible for any adverse weather conditions, pandemics, postal strikes or other industrial action (national or localised) that may affect the delivery of your order. Once strikes are over backlogs of mail may mean your order could still be delayed. Postal strikes/industrial action can affect all deliveries including Special Delivery/Next Working Day.
