We aim to post orders within 2 working days. Delivery is usually 1-3 working days for UK and 1-3 weeks for Overseas orders (depending on country). We allow a maximum of 15 working days for UK orders and 40 working days for International orders before we can class an order as lost.

We offer free shipping on UK orders over £20!

For the UK we offer Standard Post, Signed For and Next Working Day. For International Orders we offer Standard Airmail or Airmail Tracked.

Thankfully orders being lost in transit are very rare. If your order has not arrived within the maximum delivery time of 15 working days for UK and 40 working days for International, then please contact us and we can arrange a refund or replacement order to be sent.
