What If An Item Is Missing or Damaged From My Order?
All orders are double checked prior to posting so everything should be there. if, however, an item is missing or faulty please contact us straight away.
Is My Item In Stock?
Stock is updated as each order arrives so if the product shows ‘In Stock’ then we should have it. In case of any discrepancy we would contact you to arrange.
Do You Charge VAT?
All prices on the website are shown inclusive of VAT for UK visitors and a full vat invoice can be supplied if required.
